Within the framework of the project regarding Georgia’s presence at Frankfurt Book Fair in 2018 as a Guest of Honor country, Tbilisi hosts Mr. Juergen Boos, the President of Frankfurt Book Fair, Mr. Tobias Voss, the Vice-president of FBF and Mrs. Simone Buehler, Head of Guest of Honor Program.

Within the visit Mr. Juergen Boos, the President of Frankfurt Book Fair is holding High-level meetings with the Prime-Minister of Georgia Mr. Giorgi Kvirikashvili and the minister of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia Mr. Mikheil Giorgadze. The topic of discussion is main action plan of Georgia - the Guest of Honor Country at the Frankfurt Book Fair 2018 and its short and long term projects.

Several meetings of Mr. Tobias Voss and Mrs. Simone Buehler are planned with the head of Georgian National Book Center and managers of cultural program of Georgia as Guest of Honor at FBF 2018.

Within the visit, Mr. Juergen Boos, the President of Frankfurt Book Fair, will be awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa at Tbilis State University.
