The Frankfurter Buchmesse organizes the ‘Books on Georgia’ exhibition. The registration procedure has just started.

Good books are a valuable source of inspiration for film producers, which is the reason why books suited to film adaptation are presented at the International Film Festival in Berlin every year. This year, Dato Turashvili will be courting favour with film producers for his novel The Other Amsterdam, the first Georgian title to be introduced at Books at Berlinale (19 February, 2018)

By the initiative of Georgian National Book Center, European publishers are visiting Tbilisi during January 23-26, 2018 within the eighth Literary Forum and Dialogue. In frame of the project 15 well-known German, French, British, Polish, Dutch, Italian publishers and Turkish lit agents are getting aware about contemporary literary process in Georgia.
