Georgian Literature and Georgian Authors continue to travel around Germany. The Georgian National Book Center will organise at the 2019 Leipzig Book Fair a Georgian National Stand (4 D 309), which will present a broad literary programme.
Aka Morchiladze, Ana Kordzaia-Samadashvili, Aleko Shugladze, Diana Anfimiadi, Dato Robakidze, Irma Tavelidze, Gaga Nakhutsrishvili, and Nato Ingorokva will meet German readers at the scenes of the fair and in the literary spaces of the city on 21-24 March. Literature Museum Head Lasha Bakradze and literary critic Zaal Andronikashvili will present German-language editions of Georgian hagiography, A Book of Wisdom and Lies - Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani, Petre Otskheli and H2SO4. Recitation of poems by Besik Kharanauli and Rati Amaglobeli will also be held.
