This collection brings together stories that have been written for literary competitions and projects. Here you will find stories which markedly express the author’s love for physics and chemistry, fairy tales with geometrical elements. Some stories were written in an unusual format, dictated by a competition’s rules: for instance, stories that consist of no more than 100 or 200 words. Stories about communication, a performance staged in the metro, war and faith alternate with one another. The story ‘Bishe’s Cushions, however, tells about Abadia, a woman so angry and passionate that she can crack walnuts with her thighs: the story has inspired Zurab Gomelauri’s illustrations. In this same collection you can discover the story ‘Why Our Old People have been Weeping’: this story has been translated into German and has interested the publisher Viennese Cafés.
