EKVTIMISHVILI NANA

Born in 1978 in Tbilisi. Her first stories were published in 1999 in the magazine Arili. She is author and director of a number of film scripts. In 2013 her Georgian feature film Long Bright Days/ In Bloom was screened in many countries and it has won more than 30 awards at various world film festivals. The Pear-Tree Meadow is Nana Ekvtimishvili’s first novel.
